My home phone broke, I needed another urgently, I went to you Boksburg Branch, otherwise I would have had to go all the way to Benoni, we are talking half a day wasted.
As I entered I was greeted with a very warm friendly face of Gabriel. I asked him if he had telephones, he said yes and took me to the counter.
The lady behind the counter was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Gabriel asked what phones she had, she continued sitting on her chair and pointed to the phones in the cabinet without uttering a word, he said is that all you have, she replied yes.
Gabriel then inquired but what about the small phones that are not wireless which I assume Gabriel knew she stocked. She didn't say a word and opened the cupboard and handed me a phone. It was exactly what I was looking for.
Gabriel then escorted me to the till, the cashier was also extremely friendly. I would really like to thank Gabriel and the cashier for making my day. Well done and thanks Gabriel, if he didn't ask the rude lady behind the counter, I would have had to waste a half a day going elsewhere. He is truly special and an asset to your company!
