My experience with Ariva over the past 14 months has consisted of one disaster after the next. No request is as simple as one phone call or email or can even be dealt with in less than a week. After dealing with Linda to Lillian to Fortune and even an area office manager Kantha I am yet to find someone who can stick to the commitments they make. All I want right now is someone to come back to me with a fair settlement amount taking into account the amount of time I have had to spend dealing with the incompetent staff assigned to my account. The sooner I can get out of this deal and find a company who will value my business the happier I will be. Maybe now that I have sent an email to all the directors of Imperial and JD Group someone may respond... I won't hold my breath though.
