Since March we have laid a complaint about a damaged phone that was submitted for repairs and they returned a even worse handset. We have had no response from the service provide instead we have to do all the running around in trying to find out the answers about what is really going on about with our enquiry. Yet they do not miss the date for deducting themoney. I find this very inconviniening us and just shows no respect at all for us in fact I think to this date they don't even care about how we feel about this all thta is important is for the business to draw in money from the defenseless people.
