I visited the Virgin Mobile store in Canal Walk about a month back, if not longer, requesting that 2 extra lines be added to our existing contract.
I have phoned on numerous occasions and I have been into the store twice already to follow up but still nothing has been done.
I cannot wait a month for a contract to be approved.
Christopher assured me he would call me back with an update or feedback and of course NOTHING!
It really amazes me how you could not want the sales and jeopordise the future business we could give you.
