I have been trying to get a contract since April this year, every time I have to phone and ask what the delay is and every time they have an excuse. As soon as you request a supervisor or manager, they simply hang up. I send through new documents (for the 5th time) last week since my initial documents has become outdated, today I had to phone them as there has been no response, they informed me that my agent is no longer working there. They kept me on hold for over 15 minutes, put me through to several wrong departments and finally when i spoke with an agent and complained about their poor service, they hung up once again. VIRGIN CALL CENTRE IS USELESS!
