I bought an 8ta sim on the 8 June 2013 at the 8ta store in N1 City Goodwood. In the store 8ta store my request was for a sim card that I can use for DATA as well as telephone calls. This guy in the store assured me that he has just the product for me I ended up buying a SIM and airtime for R149 in store. I got home and tried to logo on to the internet on my tablet and it did not work. I called the call centre and they were not very helpful. They gave me instructions and still I did not work. I called again and again until they gave me the right details. When I bought airtime again I did not received the airtime as promised instore. I called the call centre again and they told me that my sim was provisioned for data and that I would not receive the airtime. They sold me a product that I did not want and I bought it under false pretences. Today I was at a Telkom Wi-Fi hotspot and I tried to connect because on my balance enquiry it reflects that I have 10gig bonus Wi-Fi data. I couldn't connect again. I called the support centre and they did not know what to do they sounded like imbisles putting me on hold every 1 minute. I then went to the 8ta store in Parow Centre where a even more cluele
