I switched on my samsung tablet today and I have not data connection. I dont use my tablet at all and the last time I did, it was fine. I have been calling the entire morning and your consultants are useless and cannot help me. I am paying for something that I cannot use!!! Your first consultant... something naidoo... said he cannot help me with the options cos he does not know what the samsung tablet looks like. Arent your consultants trained to know the devices??? esp tablets etc??? this is really pathetic service!
