Call Centre response and Help USELESS!!!

I have 2 x Mygig 2GB Data Bundles(@ R149 p/m) with these clowns. In May asked for a dual sim on them so we could operate in Laptop and Ipad.

Received a GPRS usage charge of R 2918.16 this month, check usage on both IPads and only used around 500MB on both machines and funny thing is the dual sim never worked for 2-3 weeks in June. It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to have used who knows how many Giga bites to get to R 2918.16 considering i installed UNCAPPED ADSL at home over a month ago which we use instead of the Mygig.
