Easy solution to this problem- Change network. From being told that I can't download from my blackberry even if I purchase my own data and if I try that they will "Throttle" us as the I.T guy put it, to no voicemail for 5 days, being to about their 2 - 24 hour turn around tim, to their rewards system changing to benefit them, to their inconsistency in keeping their customers happy, incorrect billing.. No more chances MTN, you've had enough time to prove yourself. Time to change my network and I couldn't be happier.
