I was blocked from the facebook help and support page because i was posting my problems on the page it self, the reason been was i had been blocked from sending them messages to their inbox, so they blocked me because of posting on the wall. I still do not see in the terms and conditions stating they can deny a client help and support.
Yesterday after giving mweb my cell phone number for the 9th time i have counted this, they still phone the wrong damb number, now i don't understand how mweb can expect me to sign up for a business package if they can't even handle a simple phone call to the correct number or manage a uncapped package that is not uncapped. I have sent this to the manager as well, he simply ignores me.
How the can mweb call a package business package if it does not include a large upload speed for online businesses? What is the difference between a normal 1 meg and 1 meg business package?
