I phoned Mweb on the 25th October to retrieve my logine details for my website.
They said that I must email [Email Removed]
I did so that same day with all the information they said they required.
I was ignored.
I sent another email on the 30th explaining that this information was urgent as we were loosing lots of money due to the old price list on our website which we cannot access.
I was ignored again.
On the 1st of November I emailed webhosting again asking them once again to please reply.
I was once again ignored.
I know Mweb is one of those companies who really just don't care due to endless bad experiences and absolute lack of interest from Mwebs side. But to be so bold about it? Really?
