Someone took a contract with vodacom using my name and phone to quires this matter because money was debited on my account R859, R294, R294 on same day when i went to vodacom store they gave me number 0821950 case was log and reference was given to so was told that back office will investigate the matter and get back to me as well refund my money i have not received any communication as to what happen and no refend of my money . this is unacceptable and wrong i am force to seek legal advice . i have not be given any feedback till today the lady that call me on 0827597call rachell told me to fax my staff on (021) 4000927 nothing has happen where i call the department on 0821946 on 27-06-2013 they told me they will have to listen to the tape when i called to report the matter and get back to me noone has call me till today but i have fax my staff twice to 0860082082 the only thing i m give is reference number s3-tsh7m-mgki everytime i call this is not acceptable because vodacom gave someone contract acquiring any doc to prove that this person is real person .all i want is my money back
