In January 2013 a contract was open in my name without my consent. I noticed that my account was very high the next month and went into the Vodashop, this was february 2013. after investigate the matter and requesting the signed contract which took two months, just to find out, there is NO contract to be found anywhere!! After phoning the regional office, the head office, speaking to at least 8 Vodacom staff, I am still paying for this contract up till today. This is!!! Well done Vodacom - Power to you!!!this need to be solved as a matter of urgency.if I stop paying this account then they cut my legal account and this I can't afford as for it is my business number and I can't go without it.
