2 weeks ago i contacted both head office and moreletta plaza store to enquire about a hardware purchase and enquired if they could split the money in 12 months. head office promised me that they will communicate with the store and the store will get back to me.
three days later i still have not heard anything from them and i contacted store, they had no record of my conversations wtih them and once again promised that they will get back to me...
i am still waiting...
