No Response Again

Following on my previous report on Wednesday 12.06... On Friday 14/06 at about 13h15, I received a call from Cell C (think it was Funiwe). I was driving at the time but pulled over as she was asking what the problem was. I explained the problem again and she said she would need the voucher number. I told her I was driving but that the voucher number had been logged with the query logged with CellC's call centre. She told me she was not at the call centre and could not help me if I did not co-operate. I told her I would be home after 16h30, but she said she would have left by then and would phone me on Tuesday. I was not happy with that and suggested she contact the call centre to get all the relevant details from them. She finally said she would contact them and get back to me. Hum - it is now Thursday at 12h30 and I have heard nothing further.
