Logged a complaint on the 10 Feb regarding my voucher, got a call from Casse from their Head Office saying I must go back to the store to collect my item. Got to the store today and was assisted by Desigan and Lucia who didn't know anything about what I came for. A call was made to their Head Office and they spoke to Moorey or Modrey who couldn't pick up anything from their system as I was told that my item was kept in store. I'm actually sick and tired of going back and fourth to this store. Can this matter be sorted out and only be contacted once this is communicated to store staff.
