To originally cancel my service, i had to resort to hellopeter and here we are again. Cybersmart continue to deduct money (illegally) from my account. On 3 June, they attempted a deduction which cost me 15.00 in bank fees. On the 18 June they attempted a deduction which again cost 15.00 in bank fees. On 25 June they deducted 260.00 plus a cost of 15.00 in bank fees. On 1 July they again deducted 260.00 with a cost of 15.90 in bank fees. Although i am no longer a client they continue to take money and now owe me R580.90. I wonder how long this will take to sort out.
