I've been a supporter and subscriber of Axxess for years. I've had my current uncapped package with them for about 16 months. After loosing 800GB of data in a hard-drive crash I decided to upgrade my line speed to facilitate faster recovery from my online backup. After paying a significant amount of money I found that my actual speed did not increase. I contacted them and they informed me that my bandwidth is being managed. Surely this is something a company should tell their clients? Surely there should be rules? Surely if I just upgraded my account from 4mb to 10mb this management should be reviewed. Their policy on this is unclear, difficult to find on their website and outdated. It refers to products that are no longer available, and doesn't refer to either of the products which I have. I believe that they have been unscrupulously restricting my bandwidth without informing me and are selling accounts without providing customers with the information that they need to make an informed choice. After working with this company, buying their services and advocating their use by my friends and colleagues I am completed disgusted by this deception.
