My husband and i have been trying to have a new ADSL line with telkom installed for over a week how ridiculous is that. A consultant came and left saying they were going to get a cable and will be back, this was thursday, we have been waiting since, we called the call centre and was told they would fiollow up, still nothing. We have spent over R150 worth of airtime just trying to get this installed, is it really worth it??? This is insane to say the least. I need someone to sort this out NO later than today. The applicatin is under my husbands Id nr 7801235333089 Patrick Nyathi and his nr is 071 898 2420/073 775 4622 please contact him. These are the references we have been given 526262 AND 80777785A. We hope that this will not be delayed any longe than it already has. Every one just keeps shifting the blame and wont take responsibilty.
