THE 2 EMPLOYEES ABOVE PASSED REFUSED TO HELP

I HAD PHONED IN TO ENQUIRE WHY MY LINE HAD BEEN BLOCKED... I WAS TOLD THAT MY PAYMENT OF ACCOUNT HAD NOT REFLECTED BECAUSE THE ADMIN DEPARTMENT HAD A BACK-LOG!!! I WAS FURIOUS THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT JUST BECAUSE NASHUA ADMIN WAS EXPERIENCING A BACK-LOG!!!
WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE NEXT PERSON AND THEN TO THE NEXT PERSON AND STILL NOW - 8 DAYS LATER MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN ATTENDED TOO... I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMMER FOR MORE THAN 3 YEARS OF NASHUA AND FIND THE ABOVE SERVICE DISGUSTING CONSIDERING THE SIZE AND REPUTATION OF NASHUA MOBILE...

ALSO HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM THAT I AM STILL BEING BILLED FOR MORE THAN MY SIGNED CONTRACTUAL AMOUNT...

BEGINNING OF AUGUST I HAD MADE CONTACT WITH ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES ASSURING ME THAT AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER I WOULD BE INVOICED FOR THE AGREED R379.00 THAT I SIGNED FOR IN MY CONTRACT- THE ABOVE CONVERSATION WAS RECORDED AND I SHALL REQUEST SAID CONVERSATION BECAUSE I REFUSE TO PAY MORE THAN THE AMOUNT I HAD INITIALLY SIGNED FOR.

STILL I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY ANYONE REGARDING MY ISSUE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEEN PASSED ON TO 3 DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS OF NASHUA MOBILE.
