Incompetence and Zero Communication

Three months after upgrading my cell phone contract to a 32GB iPhone 5, the GSM portion of the phone stopped working. The phone was taken into the Vodacom Store at the Blue Route Mall and sent off by them to be checked. According to Apple Doctor, the phone was returned to the store on June 24th - with a mainboard failure and irreparable. Although I have been into the store on 3 occasions since then, I still have absolutely no idea where my phone is, or what is being done with it. Kelly Maasdorp (sp?) is the person who deals with the repairs. Never have I experienced such incompetence and rudeness. I have left a total of 5 messages for her to return my call - not once has she bothered. On 2 occasions when I did get through to her she has said she will "investigate" and call me back. She has not. I did on my second visit to the store have the pleasure of dealing with (I think) Jonathan who did his utmost to assist me as Kelly was not there. I have been without the phone for 2 1/2 weeks now with absolutely no communication. Let me decide not to pay my account for that long and I will be disconnected and blacklisted before I can blink.
