And value not being transferred as promised

I had over a thousand rands rand value before i upgraded my mtn 350 mcontract and had a complaint on the 2 may 2013 to mtn about being told that my rand value wont be carried over. got mail from a mr. omar daniels which as follows:

The rand value carried over has already been paid for and will hence carry over or be credited if there is an error. You are welcome to use this E Mail as proof.

ok now problem is there is no way of me seeing if it happened or paper trail to show my rand value from over R1000 was carried over or how it is used. checked this week i only have about R500 which includes my R350 from the 12-06-13. called 808 and helped by a lady [Email Removed] she told me as far back as january she sees i only had R345 in my contract which means mtn or somebody there went into my account and deleted all my rand value knowing i will have no proof!...i want MY MONEY BACK as this is!!!
