MTN & FUMBLING & CANCELLED CONTRACT (PART TWO)

On the 1st March 2013, l wrote on hello peter regarding a cancelled contract with MTN that is still being debited, and guess what? My account was debited, again!! One month later and no one has cancelled the debit order, while they try to investigate. Yes, it seems its a month of trying to find the modem that Veronica Lottering of MTN, Cresta cannot find.

l last heard from MTN around two weeks ago when l asked Danny Botha (who has tried to sort this out) why they cannot just sort their mega mess out AFTER they have finished the paper work with me, but got no reply. It seems as if his boss Pat Mamane/Omar Daniels is unable to conclude this matter, or perhaps Pat/Omar dont know how to sort this out or perhaps Pat/Omar dont have the authority.

WELL THEN, PLEASE GET SOMEONE WHO HAS THE AUTHORITY AND KNOWS HOW TO SORT THIS OUT BEFORE ANOTHER MONTH GOES BY, AND ANOTHER AMOUNT IS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR SOMETHING CANCELLED IN JULY 2012!!

BE WARNED YOU OUT THERE. You should really think very carefully before considering MTN. You dont want to be in the same boat as l am.

And yes MTN you have just proved me right again,

MTN AND SERVICE JUST DOESNT MIX! MTN JUST DOESNT CUT IT!
