EXPLAIN!!!

And while you getting an explanation. Please cancel my debit order with immediate effect.
I WILL PAY BY EFT AND I EXPECT A STATEMENT SENT TO ME EVERY MONTH ON MY EMAIL:

The agreement was not for you to debit me a different amount whenever you like.
My account is not open for Virgin to debit as they wish. That is why we sign a contract stating R149 pm.
If you plan to double debit me and for whatever reason, I need to know this. WHAT IF I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT TO ACCOMMODATE THIS AND IT RETURNED. WHAT THEN < MY CREDIT REFERENCE WILL GET MESSED UP>

I will end up suing you guys, that is why we take out legal cover for companies like Virgin
