I have paid my Cell C account that was R1727 behind VIA EFT.
The next day they debited the same amount from my bank account. I have called the customer service and ask them to refund me the EFT amount and they said it will take round 24-48hours.
When the money was not in my account I called again and then they told me they will escalate this with the billing department. So I called today at 14:30 and spoke to Seabonga the (Manager) and he said he will escalated this with the billing department ASAP. I don't know what is going on at Cell C but the service and knowledge of what is happening is gone. No one knows what is happening.
All I want is for my money to be refunded. Mind you this will probably take another 8 days
