Got a call from the call center offering me a 'Great Deal' for 10 years of loyalty. They sent me this basic phone not even my children want. I sent it back as I'm entitled to.
NOW THEY HAVE BILLED ME FOR A MONTHS RENTAL ON THE PHONE.
ARE THESE PEOPLE STUPID? I'm getting well cheesed off with them and they are going to lose me as a client. After 10 years.
