This is how they REWARD long serving customers

Received a call from the call center telling me that they are going to REWARD me for being a business customer for more that 10 years by giving me a lower call rate and a phone on Anytime 100 blah, blah, blah... for not more than R138.00 per month. Fantastic I thought...

Received the phone (s) by courier and I could not believe it. The most basic phones available (nokia 206 & Samsung lookalike) not even my children would want. In fact my children already have smartphones so they DEFINITELY do not want them. Nor do I.

I must use this phone for a business. I think not.

Thank you Yello Mobile, you have insulted me enough. Take your REWARD and shove it where the sun don't shine. AND i will now change to a new service provider as well.
