Migration from blackbery 100 to blackberry 240 was cancelled on 27/05/2013 and i was notified that this will be resolved in the month of june. I have contacted Vodacom countless times and this has not been resolved yet, the consultants often say they would come back to me within 48hours, but they just disappear. I spoke to Nomsa this morning and she told me that the query was lodged and then the case was closed while in the pending status... shocking and pathetic service indeed. Nomsa has promised to notify me about this matter during the course of the day which im hoping she would.
