Good Day this morning, i held on for 20 minutes, then cut the call held on for another 10minutes. Spoke to Vuyela you can see the ref:299138578, i explained to her i took a new contract, and needed the puk and pin as i had lost the card, she gave me the pin and puk and told me the card is activated also she advised me if i needed to add R9.50 for caller ID and i told her that was fine, When i got my daughter to test the pin and puk was not working.
Then i got my daughter to phone and a lady by the name of Nuran called me, she says those details are for my old contract??? clearly Vuyelo did'nt know what she was doing and wasted my time. I want someone to sort this out urgently and i expect my pin to be activated. I also donot know what my new cell number is.
