No progress after responding to first complaint

Right, This is now reaching stupid proportions. A while back I complained about mtn Somerset Mall not supplying a TV, which they have been charging for and receiving payment for. I eventually got response from head office where I was informed that the distribution yard has been holding back (for a month and a half and without me getting any notification) due to account holder and TV license holder not being the same person. The lady (unfortunately didn't record her name) told me that I need to supply a third party authorisation form. I asked her whether mtn had a template form for that or whether I can supply one of my own. She said she didn't know and would phone back with more info. As it has consistently been through this frustrating episode, I HAVE NOT received a call back, update or any kind of further information from her either. A nervous chuckle was also the best I got out of her after inquiring whether my bill would reflect the late delivery (if this ever happens) of my TV. I noticed that this word gets censored, but I will repeat it: I pay. You don't give. That is.
