A relative of mine has been struggling to get a cancellation form printed from Cartrack. I attempted to get a form on their behalf, but lo and behold:
* The cancellation form is the only form NOT available on their website without logging in to the customer portal - why? All others (app, de-re, transfer etc . are all there)
* Cartrack will not supply a cancellation form without being supplied a registration number - why? (See next point as well)
* Cartrack will not supply a cancellation form to a customer without it reflecting on their "profile" - why?
I am not trying to cancel my own subscription, so why should it reflect on my "profile", or reflect at all on ANY "profile" until the cancellation form has been completed and submitted?
Pathetic business processes, making it as hard as possible for a customer to cancel a subscription.
