I got an sms AGAIN from Absa Bank saying they are going to close my account, unless I go and supply them AGAIN with proof of residence, id ect. This is the third time i have to go in and supply them with all my documentation. A few weeks back, when I went to Lyttleton Branch they wouldn't accept my documentation because I didn't complete a form (which they have at the branch and didn't post to me), now i have to go back home, complete the form and let my landlord sign it, AFTER HE GAVE ME A LETTER AND WATER & ELECTRICITY BILL, AFFIDAVID AND COPY OF MY ID SIGNED BY COMMISIONER OF OATH which I provided at the branch. Now my account has been blocked, because they are useless.
