Charging for unknown services?

I have completed almost 17 months of my contract, and since Vodacom does not have my banking details I realise that Vodacom is not in Control. I have a 2 x Gig on day, and 2 x Gig from Midnight, I hardly use the after Midnight x 2 Gig so about a month ago I down loaded some Christian Music, /- 20 on the Friday/ Saturday Midnight and about /- 5 songs on the Saturday, I have never downloaded anything in the past, I have always stayed away from downloading.
I have also tried to establish my balance on several occasions but was always unsuccessful with my attempts, because I normally only use the computer for Red Hot Pawn (Chess Site), Bid or Buy, E-bay and face book, then friendship clubs, so I can believe that I have downloaded something or somethings to the amount of R 1369.64, byut suddenly Vodacom is now adding vat to this figure?
Vodacom must not send me an invoice for amount, Vodacom must itemise every download that was made and then I can see where the problem?
Vodacom did not explain to me that Vodacom can give credit without notifying or informing me, this style of operation is acceptable, Vodacom Shop - Waterfront says I owe R 152 /-? My Acc. no: I 2066 7812
