I had a very bad experience at a Cell C store in Menlyn on 30 June 2013. Firstly the consultant who was assigned to me is incompetent and tried to dismiss me. I have a contract with cell c and lost my sim card, so the terms and conditions state that all benefits will automatically be carried over for a maximum of 90 (ninety) days if not depleted earlier. The agent told me she does not know anything about this policy and said i am going to forfeit the 3 months minutes i was trying to recover, she subsequently called the manager who also said im going to lose the minutes. I had to contact customer services from my other cellphone who confirmed that i was correct. The manager kept on rubbing my phone on his lap before using it and after realising that he was wrong he kept on shouting at me saying that i wanted to claim cash back which was not the case. I told him to stop shouting at me but he continued i then told him im going to report him, and thats when he just left me at the cubicle. That was so disgraceful. They treat black people with such disrespect its awful, serving white people first and shouting at blacks. CellC take your staff to diversity training!
