I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks now and still it has not been resolved... i have ref: IM104124.
i have been contacted 2 weeks ago and been told someone from western cape will contact me to resolve my network coverage query... and still nobody has contacted me... does the technicians in western cape evan exist??? because nobody has contacted me yet and everytime i call and ask for a number that i can call, they tell me that all they can do is put a note on my log so that someone can contact me... what a disgrace cell c.
I need this problem fixed as i cannot make calls or recieve call at my place of residence. Can someone from western cape please contact to to resolve this issue.
