Debit order due date is the 30th of every month and you debited my account like the for the last two years, however on Friday the 28th YOU VODACOM decided that you want to debit the account on the 28th!!! Do not worry about the client relationship or the client's credit record! I demand a letter from you explaining to my bank why you suddenly decided to debit my account on the 28th!!!
