Still NO FEEDBACK ON FALSE ADVERTISING

EVERYWHERE THERE IS ADVERTISING BOARDS WITH JUST A SIM CARD STATING 500MB DATA FOR R39 P/M. WHEN I WENT TO THE CRESTA BRACH, I WAS ADVISED THEY WILL LOAD THE DAA PACKAGE AND GET BACK TO ME. 2 DAYS LATER MY DATA DID NOT INCREASE, AND I ENQUIRED. WHEN I GOT THERE THE AREA MANAGER WAS ALSO THERE, AND TOLD ME IT IS A MISTAKE AND ONLY APPLICABLE TO DATA CONTRACTS. I THEN LODGED A COMPLAIN ON HALLOPETER, NASHUA RESPONDED BY STATING THEY WILL CONTACT ME, WHICH HAS STILL NOT HAPPENED. I WILL ALSO TAKE THIS TO THE OMBUDSMAN, AS IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO ADVERTISE AND THEN TELL CLIENTS IT IS NOT AVAILABLE. I WANT HE DATA BUDLE AS PER THEIR ADVERT, AND I WANT SOMEONE TO PHONE ME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.
