BLACK LISTED AND NOT BEING REMOVED

I have tried to contact this call centre on numerous occasions!!! I have been BLACKLISTED AND NOBODY AT THE CALL CENTRE KNOWS HOW TO TAKE MY NAME OFF ITC EVEN THOUGH I PAID MY ACCOUNT!!!

This debt was paid ages ago, and i am struggling for so long to get it removed!! It is disgusting that i have to fight for removal of this listing!!!
