I want my questions answered

A upgrade was done on my name and Vodacom told me the forensics team will investigate and give me feed back. I was phoning them daily and the message I got was the forensic team will call me and give me feed back, to my Suprise last week Saturday I got an sms (that's how much Vodacom values it's Customers) to say matter has been resolved and I must contact customer service for further assistance. I contact customer service they still can't answer any of my questions, I demand to have a written report of their findings on the investigation I have every right to know as was committed on my name. I have always had suspicions that it was an inside job now no one can tell me who did this and what action has been taken. If they not going to do anything about it good but I am now letting this go I will follow it up until Justice is done. I have made phone calls and I have sent emails and I am not getting what I want and I am not giving up and I will do whatever it takes. I am giving Vocacom 24 hours to give me what I want or I am wrtting a letter to the Ombudsman. Oh I dont want anyone who will pretend to care or willing to help just becuase i complained on hello peter.
