I STILL have not been contacted by Sisa in your escalations team, is it really that hard to find out when there will be upgrades in Ballito to remedy the terrible congestion? Surely you must have an upgrade schedule or something similar that says more than "We are busy upgrading in Sandton right now, that's all we know".
Please? Anyone?
