On 18 June I put in a complain about my MTN internet that is very slow. I received a response from them as shown below but they never contacted me. My internet worked faster for the past 5 days but since yesterday it is back to the very slow speed. It took me about 1 minutes to open up your webpage. Downloading is very poor never mind watching online videos. The service of MTN is very poor and there complains website does not even work. I need this to be fixed ASAP and escalated to the highest level within MTN. I pay my monthly fee every month on time but the service I get does not match up. This needs to stop and my internet speed should be back to what it was in the first 9 months I had my contract.
