This is a request to Vodacom for help.
Last night (02/10/2013) I bought R149-00 of Data (1Gig) on Pay as you Go. While I completed the transaction, I got a message that an error occurred. I tried again later with the same result. I then abandoned my attempt.
This morning I realised that the R149-00 was in fact deducted off my balance, yet my data balance is still ZERO. Surely Vodacom can verify my claim and sort this out?
