Breach of Contract

I entered into a verbal agreement (over the phone) with vodacom based on what they called "DATA PROMOTION CONTRACT my GIG 2 2GB NIGHT OWL DATA (FREE) @ R149.00 pm ;

In terms of this Agreement Vodacom will provide me with with 2GB 2GB on a monthly basis against payment of R149.00 ;

Contrary to the Agreement vodacom's account's first statement way far exceeded the contracted amount of R 149.00 monthly as I indicated above;

I immediately query the said amount as per their statement of account before I made the required R149.00 payment as per agreement;

While I was still waiting for the respond to my query on their first statement of account, vodacom shocked me with a subsequent statement of account which once again exceeded the contracted amount;

Once again I raised a follow up dispute on both the first and the subsequent query;

I then decide d to make payment of R300.00 in respect of the first and the subsequent months wholly of R149.00 respectively;While I was waiting for my disput
