RECYCLED ACCOUNT - UNAUTHORISED 3rd PARTY BILLING

CellC gave me a recycled number that had not been detached from the previous user, which means all content service providers such as Integrat (in this case) had an open invitation for billing my newly assigned number.

Although Integrat had no problem to refund me (Thumbs up for Lerato who assisted me), CellC had a very distant approach to the matter. We all know how time consuming it can become to resolve a dispute and other than phone calls, my time had been absorbed in this dispute.

Do yourself a favour and avoid talking to CellC Legal Department. They drain your energy within the first greeting. The only reason I knew that the person on the other side was alive, was the fact that her voice responded to my vocal input into the conversation... one sided for that matter.

One would think CellC (Cell China as we refer to it) would try and resolve the matter to the advantage of the customer. Yes I would like to have some form of compensation from my "O-not-so-service-provider", yet the sad depressed voice on the other side gave me more than a cold shoulder. Please put her on sick leave. Rating CellC, I think we need to adjust the 1 to 10 scale by adding some "-" in front.
