LACK OF KNOWLEDGE IN SOLVING MY PROBLEM

My husband and I are avid Farmville 2 Players, a game on [URL Removed] or through Facebook. From Tuesday 25th June 2013, we have not been able to link to zynga or farmville via facebook. Phoned Technical Support on Tuesday night and they went through all our settings and said there was no problem from their side. Wednesday - the problem still persists so again called them and spent in excess of 45 min on the call with a very nice Consultant who went through all my settings on IE, Mozilla and Google Chrome again, yet I still couldn't connect. She said a "fundi" would call me this evening (Thursday) - well this "fundi" has just called, spoke no more than 5 minutes and said will have to report to their networks division because I couldn't connect... hello! that's the reason why a fundi was supposed to call me in the first place. I established last night through the consultant I spoke to and again tonight that Mweb is inundated with calls from other subscribers for this same problem, yet it's already 3 days and still not resolved or close to resolving. They "know" there's a problem but no-one appears to be taking it seriously.
