I have a problem with my connection to MWeb. I called their call centre at 4pm on Thurdsday 26 March. After I waited 10 minutes with nobody answering I dropped the call. I then went onto Facebook for assistance. I was promised somebody would call me the next morning (27th) When I still received no call I went back onto facebook and was again promised somebody would call me on the 28th. It is now 9:30pm on the 28th I still have not received any call and it has been more that 48 hours. Tomorrow is long-weekend and so will Monday be. So I will have poor connectivity for the rest of the long weekend as well (4 days)
