THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING

After I posted a complaint on 04/04/2013, I got a call from some on Tuesday from the head office. What a load of thrash he tried to explain to me about my AIRTIME that is disappearing daily. I even took the drastic step of deleting facebook since he told me that by viewing the comments on public servant on facebook its taking my airtime. He even went as far as telling me he would get someone from their technical section to contact me to check my settings, which I don't need cos if that was necessary I would've gotten our intelligent technical guys @ 8.ta to assist with it. I haven't enjoyed 1c of my airtime this month but Autopage happily & timeously deducted my subs on or even before the end of last month. I recorded my bal on Tuesday night @ 7.30 and it was R55.23, what a disgrace. I have just checked it again tonight @ 8.30 and it is R51.00. Despite me even mentioning Clint's name previously, who is supposedly the regional man in PE, he didn't even bother to call me up until now, after all this query is with him since the middle of March already. I am once again appealing to for assistance to my problem. Cant w8 2 cancel my 4 contracts, I NEED ANSWERS URGENTLY!!!
