I bought a new blackberry from Nashua Mobile in Pavillion in January and it was found to be faulty. I asked for a refund since Nashua Mobile gave me the run around and I want nothing more to do with them or their products and after numerous calls and complaints I was forced to accept a repaired phone from them although I was unhappy with this. Now the phone not only has the first fault but it does not respond to the trackpad or the keypad properly. This is unacceptable. They never even gave me a loan phone in the meantime but I was inconvenienced for a month. When I got through to their call centre, she indicates that I have to go through the whole exhaustive process again. I just want my money back so I can go to a service provider that sells decent products and doesn't treat customers so badly.
