We recently relocated to a new home and requested our adsl telkom line to be moved to new address on the 3rd of January 2014, by the 13th nothing happened so we booked a new appointment which was scheduled for the 16th. I even phoned twice on that day where two ladies assured me the technicians will be at our house on that day. No one came. Phoned again onnthe 17th where a consultant said they will escalate it to a high priority and will phone us back... no one phoned back. Today I was holding for 48 min just to hear the same story, spoke to 3 different persons and no one phoned back. So now im gonna have a huge cellphone bill, adsl line rental of R900 for a line we cant use and no internet or telephone service. Really expected more from Telkom. Very disappointed and feel like cancelling our line.
