I bought a 12 momth 3g prepaid contract in January 2013, which I have not been able to get coverage on at home. When I bought the contract the sales assistant assured me that I would have coverage, however I do not, occassionally it works after 11pm which is unacceptable. My daughter is able to access the interent whilst in the car driving but not in the area where we live.
I took my dongle and sim into cell c at northgate to check the device and sim at the end of January 2013 to be checked and they advised it was working fine, however thats in a shopping mall where I assume there are boosters, etc.
I am very unhappy with this situation as I am once again paying for a service that does not work. I then followed the procedure on Cell C website in May/June 2013 to once again lay a complaint. To this day I have not heard back from them.
